An AI-assisted character and scene studio

Put your characters
into motion.

Bring a cast, set a situation, and explore how the scene unfolds. Direct the conversation, discover what changes, and keep the writing that belongs in your story.

The scripted example needs no account. Your own writing happens in a signed-in workspace.

01

Bring your cast

Begin with what each person wants, how they speak, and what they keep to themselves.

02

Set a situation

Choose who is present, where they are, and the conflict that brings them together.

03

Direct the exchange

Generate a short passage. Read it, give private direction, and explore what happens next.

04

Keep what works

Edit and save useful drafts. Approve memories before carrying discoveries into later scenes.

See what a change of direction can do.

A cinema is closing. Three people want different things. Read their opening exchange, change the pressure, and look at the thoughts they leave unspoken.

Interactive example

One room. Different pressures.

The cinema has closed. Mara wants time, Eli wants a decision, and Ruth wants the staff to be heard. Advance the scene, then change the direction to compare two takes.

Scripted demonstration. These lines are illustrative and use no AI credits.

1 of 6 exchanges · Restrained take

Private thoughts are visible to you, not spoken to the other characters. Changing the director choice replaces the scripted continuation so you can compare it.

The projector needs another ten minutes.

Try directing your own scene

Bring the scene you want to work through.

Find a character’s voice

Explore how two people speak differently when they want the same thing.

Work through a confrontation

Give each character a competing goal and see where the conversation breaks open.

Develop the next scene

Use approved discoveries from earlier scenes to keep exploring the cast.

Before you begin

Do I need complete character profiles?

No. Begin with a few useful details and deepen the cast as you work. Prepared starters include characters and an opening scene.

What does the AI do?

It generates possible dialogue, actions, and prose using your scene settings, character profiles, and approved memories. You decide when to generate and how to direct the next exchange.

Does everything become part of my story?

Saved dialogue stays in its scene. Proposed memories require your approval before they become continuity context in later scenes. Check AI output for voice, facts, and character knowledge.

Can I use my writing elsewhere?

Edit and save output revisions, then export your work. Manuscript assembly offers Markdown and HTML reading copies. Review notes and assembly arrangements use explicit browser saves; they are not cloud-saved manuscripts.

Is this example generating live?

The example is scripted. It requires no sign-in or AI generation. In your workspace, generation happens only when you request it.
